Elyce Middlebrooks is a marketing strategist, military spouse, and community advocate whose work empowers individuals and inspires authentic connections. As the Strategic Brand Marketer for Keep it Real™, Elyce channels her visionary approach to drive impactful initiatives that encourage teens and families to embrace meaningful, real-life experiences in a world dominated by screens.
Elyce's leadership extends beyond the workplace and is deeply rooted in her belief in the power of community. She is the Chapter Editor and Marketing Lead for the Hampton Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., where she develops initiatives supporting families and inspiring future generations. Additionally, she is an active member of the PTA, advocating for educational excellence and encouraging meaningful parental involvement at her children's school. Elyce is also the founder of Inspired Ink Co., which specializes in handcrafted and personalized stationery, and she is the co-founder of HER Influence at the Table, a networking initiative designed to empower career-focused women to find their voice, foster collaboration, and break down barriers.
Her journey as a military spouse and devoted mother to Maxwell (9) and Weston (7) brings a unique depth to her work. Navigating the challenges of frequent relocations and balancing family life with professional aspirations, Elyce embodies resilience, adaptability, and a heartfelt commitment to creating spaces of belonging and empowerment.
Through her role at Keep it Real™, Elyce brings an inspiring vision to life, combining strategic brilliance with an unwavering dedication to making a difference. She believes that the simple act of choosing real-life connections has the power to transform lives, spark creativity, and restore humanity in our increasingly digital world.
Elyce is a graduate of Florida A&M University, where she earned both a Bachelor of Science and an MBA. Elyce began her career with bold ambition by joining Ford Motor Company's elite College Leadership Program. From there, she carved a distinguished path through nonprofit and corporate sectors, contributing to organizations like the American Diabetes Association and the USO, where her work spanned continents and cultures. Most recently, she completed a prestigious fellowship with T-Mobile, where she honed her expertise in strategic brand marketing, outreach, and community engagement to new heights.
