Paula founded Keep It Real Clubs™ Inc. in 2024 after forming In Real Life Ventures, a collective of mission-driven thinkers and doers that creates and invests in community-based experiences, print publications, products and services to help educate kids about technology and the media and encourage them to seek knowledge, news and experiences in different places - online and in person. 

 

Paula is a Consultant in the Communications and Corporate Affairs Search practice with Heidrick & Struggles executive search.

 

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Paula spent more than 30 years serving as a senior communications leader and general management executive for Fortune 500 companies and start-ups in different phases of business development, evolution and culture change, including Colgate-Palmolive, Harman, Alcoa, PepsiCo, Siemens AG and Sears, Roebuck and Co.

 

Paula serves on the advisory board of Guild, a workforce development startup, as well as the Jed Foundation focused on preventing teen suicide, and American Corporate Partners, which provides corporate mentorships for U.S. veterans and their spouses. She also serves on the board of directors of the REACH Institute and is a Girl Scouts troop leader and Girls basketball coach.

 

Paula holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management with concentrations in Marketing and Organizational Behavior. She earned her BA from the University of Michigan with Psychology and English concentrations.
